    Arrive Srinagar

    Meet at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your stay. If you arrive in daylight, a short shikara hour on Dal Lake can be added; otherwise the evening is for rest.

    Srinagar at an easy pace

    Mughal gardens and old-city time without a packed checklist. A houseboat night can replace a hotel night when the season and your dates allow.

    Srinagar to Gulmarg

    Drive up to the meadows. The afternoon is for a walk or simply the view — the gondola is optional and ticketed separately unless you ask us to include it.

    Gulmarg

    A quieter day in the pine and meadow landscape. Good for couples who want fewer transfers and more unhurried time.

    Gulmarg to Pahalgam

    Return toward the Lidder Valley. Evening by the river, with a slower check-in after the drive.

    Aru or Betaab Valley as a half-day, or stay in town if you prefer not to add another outing. The choice is made when we write your plan.

    Depart

    Drive to Srinagar Airport according to your flight time. Extra nights can be added before this day if you want a longer stay.

  • Inter-town transfers (for example Srinagar–Gulmarg or Srinagar–Pahalgam) are by private cab unless a group coach is agreed.
  • Road times vary with weather and traffic; the day-by-day plan is written with that in mind.

  • Entrance fees that are paid on the day
  • Personal expenses, tips, and anything not listed in the confirmed itinerary

A Dal Lake houseboat night can be included when it suits the season and your dates. It is not automatic; we add it when you want it.
