    Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, and quieter meadows such as Doodhpathri or Yusmarg can be combined or dropped. Nothing is assumed included until it is in the quote.

Why Kashmir for a corporate trip?

Kashmir is a change of scene from an ordinary office week: lake light in Srinagar, meadow days in Gulmarg or Pahalgam, and driving days that can be kept honest if the group is not trying to see everything. Teams use that mix for bonding, a quieter offsite, or a shared outing — not because one landscape is “best” on a ranking.

Group size changes the plan. A ten-person team and a fifty-person annual outing do not need the same rooming or vehicles. We write those details after the enquiry. Read destination notes for Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam, or start from Kashmir tour packages and adapt them for a company group.

    Hotel or houseboat category, room sharing, meals, and vehicles are confirmed for those dates — not guessed from this website.

    Confirm the trip

    Booking starts when you accept the quote. An enquiry is not a reservation.

    Travel to Kashmir

    Arrival is usually Srinagar Airport. Transfers and the first day’s pace follow the confirmed plan.

Yes. We plan team trips, corporate retreats, and employee getaways as customized group itineraries. Hotels, vehicles, and inclusions are confirmed in a written quote for your dates — not as a published corporate tariff.

Can the itinerary be customized for our team?

Yes. Nights in Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, or Sonamarg, houseboat requests, and how hard the driving days are can all be adjusted. Sample outlines on this site are starting points.

Can you arrange transportation for large groups?

We plan airport transfers and sightseeing movement around the people actually travelling. Whether that is more than one cab or a larger vehicle depends on headcount and what can be confirmed for those dates. We do not claim a set fleet size here.

Can companies choose their own hotels?

You can tell us a category, a budget band, or properties you already prefer. We only name hotels or houseboats after they can be checked for your dates. Nothing on this website is a confirmed allotment.

Can you plan a company trip to Kashmir?

Yes. A company trip is a customized group itinerary: nights, room sharing, meals, and transfers written after we know headcount and dates. Published packages on this site are starting points, not a locked corporate tariff.

Can you arrange a Kashmir team outing?

Yes. Shorter outings and longer circuits are both possible. A compact plan might stay based in Srinagar with meadow day trips; a longer one adds overnights in Gulmarg or Pahalgam.

Can you organize a corporate retreat or offsite?

We can plan a retreat- or offsite-style Kashmir stay: fewer hotel changes, later starts, and sightseeing that does not fill every hour. Dedicated meeting rooms are only promised if a stay can provide them for your group.

Can you arrange an employee retreat or getaway?

Yes. Employee getaways and recognition trips are planned as group travel, with stays and vehicles confirmed in a written quote. We do not publish a standard employee-retreat package or a client list.

How far in advance should a company book?

Give us as much notice as you can, especially around holiday weeks and peak summer. How far ahead you need depends on group size and the room type you want. We will say if your window is tight once we see the dates.

Can you create different packages based on our budget?

Yes. Room category, vehicle type, meal plan, and optional activities are the usual levers. We do not publish invented per-person prices. Ask for a customized quotation.
